Always had a good experience here. Nice approachable staff who never make you feel uncomfortable even when you've had a long break between cuts! They do what you ask them too and offer advice if you ask for it. Reasonable price for a good quality cut. I've never experienced the hard sell for products at this salon either which is a refreshing change. I haven't tried any of the other treatments but have heard good things.

Not been for roughly a year and a half due to personal reasons but I have always used Bow since I moved to Kent in 2017. Olivia has always done an amazing job and she is so caring about how you are and always wants you to be comfortable. I haven’t made a review before on here but I would have done it sooner!! Such friendly people that really do put you at ease whoever they are. Debbie & Claire have created a wonderful environment for you to have some pamper time!! I can’t wait to be able to return as I am missing my hair being done the way I love having it 💜

This is the first time in 8 years I’ve ever let someone cut my hair, today I trusted Mitch after hearing nothing but good things. He did not disappoint. My hair before was half dead and horrible and frankly depressing. Now it looks a million times better, it looks healthier, shiny and not like straw. I’m over the moon with the magic he’s worked and can’t wait for my next appointment!

First visit to bow today. My hair looks and feels amazing. Great staff and a brilliant atmosphere. I have booked my daughter in for her first ever haircut as I'm so impressed.
