I used The Hair Lab for the first time and I am so pleased! Keeley helped me go from home-dyed dark brown to blonde and has given brilliant aftercare advice too.

I also brought my daughter and she was made to feel really welcome. Excellent customer service.

I have not had a hair service here but I tried it out for a leg wax and pedicure last week for the first time and was really impressed. Lovely experience and the girl who did my treatments was very friendly and lovley to talk to. It will now be my regular place for beauty treatments i think!

I have been using Keeley for years, was over the moon when she opened up her own salon. The salon is new and is decorated beautifully inside, the girls are friendly and really make you feel at ease.

Always leave with a perfect cut and colour and have had my nails gelled by Eliza in the salon too. Would definitely recommend.

Had my hair done by Keeley today. She was friendly and professional and listened to everything that I requested. Went above and beyond to help me choose the style that I wanted. Already booked in for my future appointments can’t wait. Highly recommend.

You’d of never known she was the only stylist here as she was so prompt and helpful with everything.

Kayleigh cut my hair. I had to wait 20 mins for my hair to be cut after the arranged time. She rushed through my haircut. When brushing through my hair, she tugged really hard and it really hurt. In total, brushing through my hair, straightening it and cutting it took 15 minutes instead of an hour. because she was in a rush to go out and wanted to finish as quick as possible. Don't arrange an appointment if you're going to rush. I got a terrible haircut as a result and a painful head.
