Avoid at all costs.
About 2 months ago I came to Linda’s as I had a hair appointment booked, this was very important to me as I had a wedding that Evening. waited half an hour and called her but she didn’t answer and she didn’t turn up! I left an honest review detailing this.

I came back today to enquire about a hair Color as it’s local. I assumed she didn’t realise who I was as she didn’t apologise about the previous time but then after giving me really bad hair Color advice decided to rudely ask me why I had left my previous review?!
I simply told her, the review was accurate and My whole day was ruined because of her lack of communication and not turning up and I have the right to share that. That’s what reviews are for.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt but that was a big mistake.
Second experience of her rudeness/shouting at me through a shop and being totally unprofessional.
I suppose what do you expect to get at the back of a dirty phone shop, I’d defo go to a REAL SALON and pay more from now on.

My daughters had their cut today, Linda was professional and cut their how we wanted it. Thank you

The Lady (Linda) was wonderful: she was friendly, attentive and styled my hair even better than what I wanted. It's great value for money, I would highly recommend it and come back here again.

Linda has done my beauty treatments for the last 8 years. Her salon is always immaculately clean and she is always willing to accommodate me even at short notice. Linda is super professional and literally does the best eyelashes in East Ham.

I have been visiting this salon for the longest time and Linda provides the best service! From eyebrows, to a haircut and waxing she is my lady to go. I always feel comfortable in her salon but I wish she had many hands so she could see to her customers all at once :) Linda has both a warm and friendly personality which is so important to customers like myself.
