Jerry Bell has been around forv30 years...they are good hairdressers and provide a 4 * service. There is still room for improvement! Is the only main comment. But you cannot go wrong with them

Awful and not reccomended for colouring, I’ve been to many hairdressers and get my hair coloured or the colour refreshed regularly and go to the hairdressers every 3 or 4 months. Couldn’t get a last minute apointment elsewhere so came here as I had hair done 3 years ago and it had a good name. Originally had highlights 3 months ago at another salon that had faded so wanted to refresh roots and get rid of the yellowness and dullness to tone it down a bit. Turned out very dark black with hair dye left around hairline, I said I can’t walk like that in the street, told me it would come off with next wash and if I had not had my hair dyed before like this, she tried to get it off, next day went back and the girl tried to strip the colour twice with a bleach wash, slightly lighter but still too dark, after spending money for a nice treat and her trying to correct colour I didn’t want her to risk trying to fix it further (owner suggested going back which would be third time if still not happy), the girl seemed very inexperienced and unsure. Owner was polite, but no point being polite and say they like the colour when you know yourself it’s far too dark. Asked my hairdresser friend who owns a salon in Spain on his opinion of my hair he also said it it was still too dark. Very disappointed and wish I had just left my hair how it was and waited to go to another salon. 4 weeks prior to this I had a toner done at strangways In Leigh to refresh my hair which was excellent so would recommend going there or Kudos for colouring. If your just going for a cut they do seem great, had it cut by Joelle a few years ago who was great and another lady.

I having been using this hairdressers for years. I would definately recommend it to any one. Friendly, good service and skilled stylists.

Been coming here for years, recently strayed. But never again. Jerry Bell is so good with my curly hair. You may say that there's more important things in life than hair, but it is important. And there's a great head massage too. Nice friendly service. Would recommend
