Hair Cutts Nuneston is an excellent salon. My stylist Patrick was extremely competent and pleasant. I will definitely become a regular client.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my previous visit here. I came in for a haircut with clear reference photos and explaining what I wanted done and received something which I did not come in for. The stylist Julie cut my hair way too short than what I asked for, despite the fact that I showed her what length I wanted with a very clear photo as well as pointed it out on myself. I confronted her about it once the damage had already been done and sat in front of the mirror and pointed out to her where she went wrong, she stood in complete silence and then continued cutting which I found to be extremely ignorant. After this confrontation I told her to let me know when she was going to start cutting my fringe and only THEN did she start asking about how I wanted each detail of the fringe to be like. In addition to this, the table of tools beside me was covered in previous clients hair and just looked extremely unclean and unhygienic in general which is an extreme downside. At time of payment, I received no apology for her mistake and not even any sort of discount. I ended up paying full price for something I did not ask for, and she was highly aware of that as her response was 'its a little on the short side' despite it being half the length extra of what I asked for to be cut off. I highly do not recommend this salon after this incident.

Was so nervous as I don't usually go to a salon but Patrick was brilliant! Had full head highlights and I'm so so happy with the results ☺

Am at a total loss to understand ju sa's critical review. Julie is superb and runs a very modern and pleasant salon. I have also been dealt with by Katie in the past and had no problems there either.
Some people are never satisfied. I certainly am, and have been a regular ever since Julie opened her own salon.
