First time getting my hair done in a long time and I am really glad I went to Vida Lotus. Emilia was amazing especially because of my hair and how ruined it was. She personalised my treatment to ensure the condition of my hair didn't get worse and was able to achieve as close to what I wanted as safely as possible! She explained all the different options available, gave recommendations and made sure I understood the process throughout. Emilia also gave me really useful advice on what I should do to help restore my hair as well as great product recommendations. Despite how late it was getting, Emilia took her time to ensure the haircut and finish was done to a high standard and that I was happy with the finished look. Beyond thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be back to see Emilia again!!
