I had a wonderful experience at Hairline today! Everything from the hair wash, head massage, haircut and blow-dry was lovely! Joy was very thorough and explained exactly what she was doing. After 5 and a half years of looking for a great salon, I finally found it. Joy definately understood the assignment x

In the 15 years I have been coloring my hair this is the worst color experience I have had. Instead of a soft natural ash grey I asked for and emphasized I needed a soft regrowth, I left Barbie blonde and with so many foils it looks like a solid dye job rather than highlights. The stylist was very quick in the consultation and rushed off to start mixing color. She later said there was a miscommunication and the picture I showed wasn't clear enough but she never asked to double check anything or for another picture. When I was clearly unhappy with the color I was just told to wait it out and see if I like it later. When I tried to rebook to fix it, the salon was unaccommodating and I ultimately went elsewhere to fix it but because the stylist put so much bright blonde color in my hair it can't be totally fixed.

Bona and her team have been so friendly and caring. I’ve expressed my hair concern and they patiently reassured me. Joy has been an absolute joy to be around, she has worked hard and given me a new look. Transforming my miscoloured hair to a new look. Thank you so much Joy, I love it and your beautiful energy 💕

Visited the salon after reading a lot of great reviews, they did an in-depth consultation to really understand what I was looking for. The results are truly stunning, I’m delighted. The team are so lovely & friendly and great at what they do.

Insanely talented team! They know how to get my hair just right even though I always ask for difficult colours and ashy tones when my original undertones are orange. This time I asked for dark under split and light on top and again they absolutely blew me away z my hair always feels so healthy even after bleaching it ❤️ Much love to the whole team and the way they pay attention to me and my needs

Bona and her team (Joy especially!) are true professionals and experts in their hair craft. I went to Hairline on a whim over 2 years ago, having become so tired of the ‘fast food’ type service of the well known high street salons and Hairline provided exactly what I hoped for. A truly personal touch, where care time and attention is the priority and the outcome is always the most fantastic hair cut.
My latest visit (Dec 2021) I had a balayage colour for the first time ever and Joy’s personal touch was just absolutely amazing and left me with exactly what I have envisaged!! Thank you so much Bona, Joy and the team - I will see you in the New Year.
