I’m super surprised that your business is still running, with your out of date hair cuts and your awful colouring techniques. How can you let a customer leave your salon with two tone colour hair (when it shouldn’t be) and a “blow dry” but the hair is still wet. You’re meant to be a hair salon, you should have passion to make sure all your customers are happy and if they are not, you should offer to fix it or to give refund if they don’t feel comfortable coming back. But instead you decided to ignore them and be rude in social media!! Shame on you!!

Fantastic service!! Had my hair cut and coloured, I was so happy with it so decided to take my children in for haircuts ☺️
Also had my nails and lashes done there too, all the girls are very welcoming! Would definitely recommend! Xx

Had a specialist called Kim , but should I really call her a specialist !! Does not accept the fault of her mistakes when she had made an mistake ! But Instead of her correcting her work blaming the customer . Very rude and unprofessional service I had here. I would never go back never in a million years I rather go bald all my life then going back to this salon ! I would have given this 0 stars however to make a review I had to give it a 1 ! Absolute shambles
The fact how this salon does not acknowledge their customers beyond belief

A blind person could do better hair then you , and only that have respect and own up to their mistakes not like you mrs trunchbull

My lovely friend attended this Salon.

Whilst we are all sitting together at our friends pre wedding party, Kim Hodge decides to send numerous rude, sarcastic and cocky messages (via her businesses Instagram) demanding to know why a negative review has been left on her google page. Its absolutely disgusting. You do not speak to customers like this.

Saying: "its not my fault you need two dye jobs.. It wasnt even me who did your hair!... You could of called the salon.. You want a refund soo bad!"

Its giving me.. Unprofessional vibes. p.s she asked the customer to have a refund in order to delete the reviews given. How about say sorry?

Avoid this place, unless you want to be treated like TRASH.

P.s.. If you don't like the quality of the service, everything is your fault.

A little tip to Kim before she sends me the generic..." sorry you feel this way.." why don't you apologise to the customer, refund her for the works and the awful customer service. Maybe a simple apology, rectify her experience and you wouldn't get all this honest reviews?

I can not believe the reviews I have been reading, this is an amazing salon, Kim is a really good hair stylist along with her other hairdressers they are really professional and really care about their customers. I myself started off very nervous at having my hair cut but they made me feel very comfortable and welcoming! IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS.

I always go to Kim for my cut and colour, and now my daughter has started to use Kim too. After coming out yesterday, she looked amazing with a beautiful balayage and blow dry. I'm very happy to have found someone who does such a good job for us both 👌 also very chatty and welcoming.

This is an amazing saloon, very professional always willing to accommodate what you want and take their time to talk to you about what style you would like and how you want you hair to be cut and the colours! I would certainly recommend this salon! Amazing
