I called today about seeing if I could have a perm. The receptionist was very polite and handed the call over to a stylist when I asked about perms.

The stylist was very blunt and rude as soon as she heard my accent. I think it was incredibly unprofessional and, as a professional stylist myself, was extremely insensitive about a potential clients needs.

She told me they don't do perms with Olaplex and to go to another salon. All I wanted to say is I didn't have to have Olaplex, but I was cut off immediately by the stylist on the phone.

Very poor customer service.

After having an awful experience at a local store on stone road, I stayed away for a complete year then eventually found myself at 'Infirmary' . Corran completely changed my hair into the colour I had originally wanted a year before... I love it. So much so I've been back once already

I have had two treatments by Chelsey, eyebrows and lips tattooed. I can only say that the whole process from start to finish was brilliant. I am a mature lady not understanding these modern treatments and Chelsey made me feel at ease explaining everything in simple terms. Chelsey is so vibrant and bubbly a pleasure to be around.The treatments have made such a difference to my face making it a pleasure to look through the mirror as it was not before treatments. All I can say is she is a miracle worker.😄

A really lovely salon, both ladies were so welcoming and really easy to talk to! My hair cut wasn't quite the standard I was expecting. The front is slightly longer than the back so when I pull my hair forward it looks quite choppy and uneven. I haven't contacted the salon to correct because I don't want to lose anymore length of my hair, I'm not ballsy enough and I'm also super sad because my hair was SO LONG when I went it for it to look like that when It had the potential for it to look really nice I'm too nervous to have it cut anymore.. their customer service seems great so I have no doubt they would sort it if I asked!

It’s my third time having my hair done with Amy at this salon and every time I leave I feel amazing! She colours, cuts and styles my hair perfectly every-time, the customer service is 5* and would definitely recommend. For someone who turns up not really knowing what they want I leave feeling 100% happy. Amy takes the time to discuss with you exactly what you want along with the other staff in the salon. Thank you so much for a truly fantastic service.

Another amazing cut by the lovely Abbie. The staff are always so friendly and inviting. I’ve had quite a bit taken off (which is what I wanted) and the finish is gorgeous, amazing cut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Would highly recommend. Xx
