I’ve visited the NUL branch of the Francesco Group and was extremely impressed. I had booked in on a Thursday with an apprentice as the service was at a discounted price. I booked in with Beth and she was extremely professional and very talented for somebody who has not been doing hairdressing for that long . We had a consultation and then she discussed it with her mentor and then produced a quote for what we had discussed. I was happy with the quote as I felt it was what I wanted and not from previous experience I was talked into. I had my blonde evened out and then a grey toner put on and I am more than happy with the results . She was very attentive making sure I had a drink and magazines to read as it was a lengthy process. I am more than happy with the results and couldn’t believe how amazing my hair turned out . Extremely happy and will be booking back in with Beth in the near future !

Been through quite a journey with my hair due to illness Jacqui has been with me on this journey and has done an amazing cut on my hair tonight. A previous review has said some pretty horrible things about Jacqui, she is a very genuine person who really cares not only about the end result but more about the person and how they feel. Don't hesitate to visit this salon, they make you feel very welcome 😀

I had a haircut by Jacqui and full colour today by Amy. I am well impressed with how nice and relaxed the salon felt on both occasions. Everyone is professional and helpful, as well as being nice and welcoming. I was consulted every step of the way, in a friendly and informative way. Already booked my mum in and I'll be back in December for another cut before Christmas. Well impressed with everyone there ***** not just my stylist 😀😀.

Such a positive experience! I did a bit of experimenting with my hair and I had such a positive experience with Jacqui who was really lovely and accommodated all my needs. Thankyou again. I definitely recommend for anyone with curly hair and I will definitely be back!

Been going to Francesco's for about 6 months and they have transformed my hair for the better! Charlotte and Beth (and all the team) are so lovely and the service is absolutely amazing, you feel truly pampered. Since my first appointment, my hair has been shinier, healthier and smoother, and they offer great advice for upkeep and specific needs (i.e. hair loss, dehydration, frizz, etc.) without it being a product plug. I've never been more confident or proud of my hair, thank you!

The staff are friendly and the shop looks very professional. However, whilst i didn't hate how my hair turned out, it wasn't exactly what I had asked them for. I don't think they were very clear on how close to the pictures I showed them my hair would end up, which wasn't very close. For the price, I honestly expected a lot more.

I travel from an hour away for hair colour and cut because of Charlotte and Beth, they always do an amazing job and I would not want to go anywhere else because of them.
