Had eyelash extensions with Ella Mae,paid £50. They did not look anything like I expected,was really disappointed. I was given no aftercare kit or advice. They started falling out after 2 days (I wore no makeup or any facial products used for 3 days after)

Not one person noticed them or complimented them( I work in a busy hospital)

I’ve woke up this morning with the majority of the lashes on my face.

I could cry that I wasted £50 for eyelashes that lasted a week.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Been having my hair done with Meryl now for over 5 years, she is THE BEST the business would never go to anyone else I trust her with my hair she is fantastic as what she does. The salon is absolutely stunning and the girls should be so proud as it is beautiful🤩 All the girls in the salon are lovely and make sure you have the best experience in the salon ever!! Would 10/10 recommend Studio M Salon, you won’t regret it💞💇🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️

I’ve been having my hair done by Meral for years now and would never trust anyone else with my hair, she always gets it perfect and has never disappointed me. She’s extremely well priced considering the time she spends doing my hair, the attention to detail ensuring that it’s perfect before i leave the salon and ensuring that it’s exactly how i wanted. She always ensures that whatever i request is done in the best way possible to ensure that my hair doesn’t get damaged by her doing it one appointment, she would rather do it over multiple appointments or ask me to pop back into the salon to finish it a few weeks later to ensure my hair has time to repair and strengthen itself back up before applying more products.

Meral and Mollie are both well mannered, professional girls and i couldn’t be more excited that they’ve both opened a salon together considering how amazing they both are at hair!! After constantly recommending them, many of my friends also now visit Studio M and are always amazed by the end of their appointments.

Could not recommend Studio M anymore than i do and will always be a customer to them.

Visited Studio M for the first time last week to get my hair done with Meryl, and couldn't recommend the salon enough. Really helpful when it came advising me on my colour and super friendly. Also extremely well priced in comparison to other salon's i have visited in the area, especially in relation to the quality of the service.

Absolutely love this salon. I have been going to Meral for lashes and hair for a while and I would not trust anyone else with it!

Meral and Mollie (the new owners) are so attentive and welcoming and honestly could not do enough for you! The salon looks amazing and is absolutely spotless. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone.

I am so pleased with my hair and my lashes and the value for money can not be beaten!

I arrived at the salon with awful hair after using quite a few box dyes over lockdown which left me with bright red roots. Everyone was so welcoming and Meral did a fab job of fixing my hair, even applying a second round of colour after the first colour didn’t tone down the really red parts of my hair. I’m really pleased with my new hair and would highly recommend!!

I don’t recommend at all. Meral completely ruined my hair. I went in asking for high balayage and a warm blonde toner all over. Three appointments later and she was still incapable of doing that. The pictures are across 3 appointments, all getting worse and worse… they were in the space of 2 months and cost over £200. She then told me she could fix the yellowy orange ‘money pieces’ she had done ‘from £70’ (surely it was her mistake to correct in the first place?!). A joke. Unless you want blocky ‘balayage’, different colour shades of blonde, yellow and grey, and completely damaged hair - don’t go here. I wasn’t going to write a review as I don’t want the drama but I’ve now had to spend more money going elsewhere to have it all chopped off and dyed back natural brown because it was completely damaged and over processed. The final appointment (where I was sat in the waiting area for TWO HOURS with bleach on my roots and left the salon with ringing wet hair in a bun and a big orange streak down my head) was when I decided to never step foot back in this salon again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Experience was amazing will definitely be coming back. Showed a picture of what I wanted at the beginning and Meral expressed the best possible way to get my hair looking like the picture with the least amount of damage caused to my hair. All the staff were so kind and friendly! Excited to come back soon🥰 Thank you!
