I have had my hair coloured at different salons around the world for almost 20 years and Paula is the only hairdresser who absolutely nailed the look I wanted. She is an incredibly skilled technician and went to great lengths to ask about what I wanted and didn't want.

She's 2 hours from me in London and even then, I think it's safe to say that I'll be travelling to her for all my hair colouring needs.

Really wanted to have a good experience here but I left so disappointed with my colour I was really upset and ended up having to go to another hairdresser asap who was really shocked at what they had done to my colour. I waited to write a review as I really didn't want to leave a negative review and was reluctant to, but the colour I received was just shocking and the hairdressers I went to had to spend hours fixing it and toning it out and have had to apply a different colour I did not want in order to now form a base to restart the process of lightening my hair to the colour I originally asked boo hair for. Very upset as I feel a lot of my time and money especially has been wasted now. I completely understand colouring hair can be a process but I was falsely promised results that could not be achieved and my hair was left in what I can only describe in a orange/yellow patchy state and has really set me back now by having to start again with the colouring process. Perhaps this was a one off but I was incredibly upset and was advised by many people to leave a review and the hairdressers I went to were really shocked they let me leave like that and charged me in full when the colour was so awful and not what I had been promised or assured of previously . I would not wish for anyone to be put in this position as I have been.

Lovely little hairdressers. Kind staff and nice atmosphere. Well worth a visit!
