First time visit to this hairdressers booked with Loren. Total overhaul needed cut color re-style. Haven't had my hair done in almost a year!

I was delighted by the whole experience. My hair looks and feels amazing, the color is outstanding. There are pictures on their website I am the one with the purple.

While my hair was washed I sat in this huge comfy armchair, the chair lifts your feet up so you are lying back and a massage machine went gently up and down my back..... it was so relaxing and the scalp massage was fantastic.

Staff were so friendly and chatty. There was the offer of tea coffee cake and biscuits and on Thursdays and Fridays late opening till 9pm you get complimentary glass of plonk!!

Cannot compliment Loren enough very professional brilliant cut and color and I will be returning very soon.

Chelsea is the loveliest person ever! Always does an amazing job with my hair and makes me feel so welcome. I was very stressed on Friday and booked in to have my hair done and she gave me a deep condition, coffee and offered me cake! Thank you so much Chelsea, I left feeling so much better.

Amy and the team couldn’t have been more thoughtful and diligent making it safe and welcoming (in light of covid). My mum was very nervous to go and they went went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. There aren’t many places that go to such lengths ❤️... and of course her hair looks amazing.. as does her smile! 💕💇🏼‍♀️ Such a lovely and talented team.

This is one of the most relaxed and friendly salons I have been to in the area.
All the staff are lovely. The stylist have a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over the years. You will feel and look amazing with your hair looked after by them.
The Industry salon is in an excellent location with Wick Lane car park immediately across the road. Not far to run if it happens to rain after your appointment.
