On Saturday i was im for my wedding make-up trial with the lovely Rachel. I was blown away with the Flawless finish. The salon is absolutely stunning friendly staff and amazing treatments I really can't wait to go back for my hair trial with Jodie Rogers. It really is a fantastic salon. FOREVER DIAMONDS

Went to this establishment today for Russian lash extensions, never had them before so i was a little scared. I’ve never been inside this place before but after a friend’s recommendation I decided to give it a shot, booked through Facebook which was so painless. My original messge was replied to within the hour. The lovely Noleen, I hope I spelled that right, was so easy and attentive. I felt so part of the group as they were all so friendly! Definitely might have been my first visit but 100 percent won’t be my last.

Fantastic job done on my hair by Heather, probably the best cut and colour I've ever had. I walked in with my hair light brown (ish) and super long and left totally ecstatic with a super short graduated bob and gorgeous red colour. Also superb eyebrow tint and wax done by Noleen. Thank you all for a great day xx

was really surprised when I contacted this salon after reading the reviews on here. the customer care and manner they spoke on telephone over 3 seperate calls was shocking not to mention after id made appointment they hung up telephone without even saying goodbye, so friendly service it didn't seem so, was so disappointed it put me off going altogether even though I had already purchased the voucher. was really looking forward to getting my treatment but if I was disappointed with the telephone manner then couldn't imagine going for something as important as microblading

I got my nails done a few weeks ago and honestly I wouldn’t go back, they are quite slow and the woman who done mine got distracted very easily, the nails turned out good enough but the sides were all ruffed up and chipped also they don’t have a lot of choices for colours/glitters/acrylic powders

Was looking for a last minute appointment to have my toe nails gel painted and thought it a bit strange after telephoning many beauty salons in Ayrshire (who didn't have any appointments left) that FDP could take me straight away or whenever I wanted the following day (Saturday). On arrival at 10.30 am the shop was completely empty, not a customer in sight. The surroundings were very dated and overall I didn't get a good feel about the place. I was invited to sit down at a 'hand nail bar'. I was puzzled....when I asked how this worked for feet, the beautician asked me put my foot under the bar and rest it on her knee!! So, so uncomfortable (not to mention unprofessional). The beautician didn't even say a word to me during the whole time she worked on my feet except to ask 'is that okay'! Not a pleasant experience! won't be back!

Just had my hair cut and coloured by Francine and I love it!! I've got short hair and I'm never disappointed in the way she cuts it. She's a genius with a pair of scissors. Thanks Francine.

First time here, great salon, friendly staff and Steph did my hair amazing. Highly recommend 👍
