“Like a doctor, I need a hairdresser to trust, to stick with, to unashamedly cling to. I've always felt a bit intimidated by hair salons but I love going to Bellisimos because all of the staff is so friendly. I just want to get rid of boring above the shoulder hair to short at the back hair with one side longer than the other. The beautician cut my hair exactly the way I wanted & I was so pleased”.

After my experience in the aesthetics salon, I wanted my hair done. The Bellisimos salon made me feel like a star!

I was welcomed in by friendly staff with a complimentary drink and was seated straight away. My hair stylist talked me through what I wanted as my hair was damaged from home dying and frizzy broken hair, and she knew what I needed. I had cuddles with Ronaldo the salon dog, so adorable!! Came out with healthy, smooth, silky styled hair with a fantastic colour. I don’t usually find I like my hair afterwards at other salons but they made it even better than expected! Wonderful products used to help get my hair back into a healthy condition. Thank you so much!!!

Can’t wait to go back to the lovely atmosphere. My new favourite salon to go and feel pampered for a day. Highly recommend their great stylists and genuine care for customers. Thanks again!!

I have been using Bellisimos Hair Salon since they opened last year. Every visit I have felt truly pampered and often have a glass of Prosecco while my hair colour is on which is always great for a busy mum when having some ‘me’ time. My hair is always exactly how I wanted and I leave feeling million dollars. The salon is very modern and stylish and the stylists and owners are very friends and welcoming. Very easy 5 star! See you in 6 weeks.

LADIES BEWARE: I went to Bellisimos salon for a balayage, after 6 hours I left the salon with my top stained with bleach, black hair dye left around my head and bright yellow hair with black roots. It looked so awful I cried. I was told my hair would be colour corrected for free, the day of the colour correction (the day before my friends wedding) the stylist phoned in sick. No body contacted me to let me know she wasn’t working that day. I arranged a babysitter, went to the salon, to find it locked. I was told the woman was not in and nobody was able to do my hair. Excuses were made regarding why I hadn’t been contacted (incorrect email and telephone number? I left the correct details so was furious to have gone all that way to be let down) I asked for a refund and was told NO. It is their policy to NOT GIVE REFUNDS even if you are very unhappy with their service. What a disgusting policy that does not protect customers or their rights. I have still not been refunded to this day, management have been evasive and rude.

I visited Bellisimos Hair Salon for a wash and blow dry with Senior stylist Rackie.
I was not disappointed. The salon is warm and friendly with the added bonus of Ronaldo the salon dog who is made a fuss of by customers in the salon. 🐶
I had a consultation with Rackie before she started on my hair I was very pleased with the end result as I had a wedding party to attend that evening,
Rackie made me feel at ease as I had not had my hair done with her before but I will be returning.

Timewasters- despite the good reviews on here I had a very disappointing experience today. I booked an appointment through Groupon weeks in advance and changed my routine especially to go along. When I got there the hairdresser (female with short blonde hair) repeatedly told me I was only booked in for a 15 minute consultation, despite me showing her my voucher for a wash, cut and blow dry. She said it was Groupon’s fault and that I should apply to get a refund through them. Even when I explained how inconvenient this was I did not get anything resembling an apology; rather her behaviour towards me was bizarrely provocative to the point that I walked out. On the 25 min walk back to my car she called me saying she ‘wasn’t looking for retribution’(!) and offered me to go back so she could do my hair. I thanked her and declined. Probably my most surreal experience with a hairdresser- but not in a good way!

Can’t recommend this salon enough

Visited this barbers in Cardiff after lots of research. I found it hard to find the best barbers that could give me a great haircut and finally I found one that I can trust. I'll be coming back for another haircut here soon. Best barbers in Cardiff by miles! Thanks Bellisimos Hair 😍
