A friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The salon is beautifully decorated too and Amy is always keeping up with holiday themes. Amy always listens to exactly what I want and is my hairdresser of 23 years!!! I would never go anywhere else.

This, sadly is the only hairdressers in Llanelli where I've found my request for a style wasn't listened too.
My hair was, from the neck down, a good 14 inches long, so there was more than enough to have any style I wanted.
I let the hairdresser know I wanted something a little mote up-to-date, and not so heavy on my neck. Preferably all the same length (so no layers), and cut to where my neck meets my shoulders, "definitely no shorter".

Not sure where the communication failed, because the back of my hair is now all the way up to the hairline, the sides are longer than the back and by the face (from jaw to fringe) is lopsided !!

I've never been overly trusting of hairdressers, especially when my hair is so long.. but I really don't understand what part of "all the same length" the hairdresser didn't understand.
I was hoping for too much I guess, but I will be going elsewhere the next time I need my hair cut.

A nice relaxed friendly environment with very reasonable prices! I had a much needed set of foils & a top notch cut by Amy. Highly recommended, a lovely all round experience.

Lovely lady, super haircut as always just what I asked for. Pleasant surroundings and superb products. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Always a very warm welcome at the salon with Amy.. i have very curly hair and get the Kerasilk treatment which makes my hair so much more manageable.. im so happy with the results which lasts for up to 5 months

With my hair being so thick, so long and in terrible condition I decided I'd have the keratin treatment on my hair to try manage it a bit better. I'm so glad I decided to do it my hair is so so soft there's a huge improvement I can actually get a brush through my hair without it pulling my hair out with the matts and Amy was so lovely and gave me lots of good advice for me to care for my hair. I'm glad I went and I won't be going anywhere else.

Amy always delivers a high standard of service, and I am always happy with the outcome. Amy is a professional!!
