Hair Express

Very poor service from start to finish. Appointment was at 3pm, kept waiting until 3.45. Half way through having foils, the hairdresser took a lengthy phone call, her husband mixed up the bleach who isn't qualified. She was rough taking foils out to rinse. Was then told some need to stay in for a few more minutes, at this point a mother and daughter came into the shop. The hairdresser was chatting to them and seemed to have forgot about the bleach on my hair, when I finally caught her attention, and glanced at the clock she told her unqualified husband to start rising it off, again he was rough removing the foils just dragging them out. At this time the hairdresser had moved on further down the shop to the mother and daughter and started straightening the daughters hair. I was then seated by her husband was ten minutes with wet hair just waiting and waiting, for my hair to be dried and styled, she seemed to have lost interest in my hair. I had a guts full at this time so I politely said I have to be in work at 6pm, she looked at me as if I was the rudest person in the world, she then told her husband to start drying my hair (not qualified) she finally finished it off, it was overbleached and looked awful, she didn't go right up to the root so already I had roots, couldn't pay by card so had to run down to the cash point. Was overcharged by £5 as the sign on the pavement clearly states £35. I would definitely not recommend this hairdresser, I shouldn't of paid for what she done to my hair, she should of refused me at the start without doing a BY LAW patch test, but I was desperate and thought I'd give the new business a try. I now have to book somewhere professional go get my over bleached hair corrected plus the colour is brighter on the left side and looks awful. I paid for a professional service but half the time had her husband doing my hair who isn't even a trainee hairdresser. I will personally write to the owner and will await her reply, I would like to be refunded!

Booked an appointment at 1pm for my girlfriend and mother before going out for a family meal. At 3:15 I received a call from my mother to pick them up. My girlfriend hadn't even started having her hair cut and my mother only had the colour in her hair set. When my girlfriend asked when she would be seen (multiple times over the course of the wait), they just kept saying 'in about 20 minutes.
We went to another hairdressers afterwards and the colour was far too dark and not put in evenly.
Wouldn't trust booking here honestly.

Terrible customer service. Had booked an appointment for 1pm and by 3pm nobody had touched my hair or even offered a cup of tea. After 2 hours of waiting they kept saying I was next and then others who were walk in were seen before me. When I said I was leaving the staff were rude and acted as if I had done something wrong.
