Been going to Toppers for about 15 yrs now won't go anywhere else, I even travel from Kinmel Bay to have my hair done since moving here 16 mnths ago. X

Possibly the most negative experience I have ever encountered, the staff are very rude and make you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, even if just enquiring about an appointment. My haircut was uneven and I felt completely rushed. Seems like they only value regular older customers and they have a rude and arrogant attitude to new comers. I will never ever return or recommend. Terrible service and a very unpleasant experience.

Excellent quality of service from Deborah, very safety conscious and felt safe and comfortable in the salon. Great haircuts to me and Janet, friendly place would recommend.
