Shabby Chic Hair

Excellent service, staff all very friendly and welcoming. Everyone always happy including and especially the customers. So glad I was recommended this Salon. No intention of going anywhere else unless I move away!

Lovely fabulous girls. Cut my hair exactly how i wanted it. Shabby chic will definitely be my new hairdresser. I would highly recommend it to others.

wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done again, have the most amazing colourist, always listens to what you want and dose an even better job, had two different girls styling my hair on different occassions and both have been amazing also..always very happy leaving the salon can't reccomend enough and must admit everyone who i see leaving also has amazing hair.

I showed Becky couple of hair style and when it was done , I was shocked to see how short was the back of my hair . The 2 style I showed her was same length at the back and shorter at the front but mine was opposite .
Quality of her work was good but for someone who wanted that hair style .
I even mentioned to her but didn’t want to make a scene but I think I should’ve cause she didn’t bother and answered the hair style I showed was short.
She had another client for colouring before me which I had to wait 20 min before start , I think she rushed my cutting to get back to her .
Their priority is their regular clients.
I’m wearing a scarf around my neck since and try to not pass by a mirror at home .
I hate my hair .

Being a single Male I was a little nervous but absolutely no need to be a grewatvprofessioanal group of girls putting me at ease straight away

My daughter had a disasterous 1990's stripey hair colour here 3 weeks ago, which was nothing like the picture she asked for. If I could give this place Minus stars I would. They didn't do a Patch test beforehand! The colour was applied by an experienced stylist (Apparently - the owner or more senior staff member??). Afterward, I complained via Instragram about the end result and our dissatisfaction and as I write this review - I have not even had so much as an acknowledgement; even after 3 weeks- shocking and unprofessional! I can't believe they have not read our message. I bet they have read other messages from customers asking questions or making enquiries. Why have an instragram page posting pictures of "Beautiful results" and not do anything with customer feedback??
We eventually sought advice from a PROFESSIONAL SALON who advised that there was a TECHNICAL failure in the application of the colour - she has evidence of colour seepage from the foils. See pictures for Seepage and of course the 1990's Stripes on top!
I'm not one to complain but this is an experience like no other; awful and one I'd say to others please AVOID at all costs. We had to pay to have this fixed elsewhere.
Poor customer service, no professionalism.

Shambolic, disastrous booking system. Third time now where I have booked online to then go to the salon to then be told it can’t be done cause the booking didn’t come through, or the room is already booked. Never come across a salon like it. If they don’t want to offer a service, don’t run the business! Waste of time and energy for the customer.
Shocking!
Let someone else have the premises who can actually manage and offer a professional service.
