I had a fantastic experience this afternoon when my 4 yr old decided on the spot he wanted his first proper hairstyle. Welcoming and efficient, nothing was too much trouble and I am thrilled how well my son responded. Every step was explained and he was confident in his well placed trust. I am so very happy he had such a positive foundation for lots of future hair cuts!
