To run a business you need to hold your hands up and accept responsibility when things go wrong. I wasn’t complaining to get a refund it’s about owning the mistake and putting it right so it doesn’t happen again. It’s not about arguing the case when the customer is right. You might have a good website but with the basics of good customer service you are in the hiding to nothing.
As a customer of some time I was happy to pay £80 to colour my hair the only problem is when your staff don’t keep correct records you end up with a completely different colour!!

Helmet hair is outstanding! I have come to town from England to visit family and was in desperate need for a haircut. I decided to give helmet hair a try and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. Amazing customer service from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave and you get what you ask for, for me that’s a winner.

Wow, I have just come from this salon, couldn’t wait to write review. I had my hair coloured by molly, I showed a pic of what I was hoping for, and for the first time ever I got exactly what I wanted. Very friendly staff, clean, and felt very safe due to Covid, very well looked after. At last I have found somewhere I can call my regular. Top marks, can’t fault it.

Absolutely cracking, everyone there is lovely and you'll get a top-notch haircut. Really enjoyed my locally-sourced free drink (confirmed by the council to be legal thanks to whoever reported them).
