I would only ever leave a review if I’ve had an amazing experience or an awful one.
In this case, I hit the jackpot with my hairdresser!
Matthew was incredible and knew exactly how to care and handle my thick hair which in the past has proven a nightmare for most hairdressers.
His skill and expertise is absolutely next level and I honestly left that salon with a spring in my step. From finish to start, he was consistent and and knew what my hair needed. I’ve had so many compliments and I still can’t stop smiling!

Liv cut my hair really well - she listened well and achieved the look I was going for. She was lovely to chat with! The atmosphere in the salon was very relaxing and the temperature was nice and cool. Looking forward to having colour on Friday.

Had my hair cut on Tuesday. Matthew is brilliant and helped me understand my hair type and suggested going for something that would enhance my natural curl. I love it!
I've been coming here for a while now, I like that I have a regular hair stylist and the rest of the team are really lovely too, I've had fringe trim top ups in between my main restyles and they will always find you a spot to get it sorted.

I have been to this salon a few time now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Everyone is so lovely and welcoming! I always leave so much happier than when I arrived and that’s not just because of an amazing haircut! They make you feel like part of their family.

Have just left the salon feeling a million dollars!! I am over the moon with how healthy and amazing my hair looks. After 18 months of box dye and DIY haircuts during lockdown, I never imagined my hair to look and feel this amazing after only a few months!! Huge thanks to Lucy who has transformed my hair from looking thin and wispy, to looking andffeeling so thick and healthy. She is amazing!! I am so glad I listened to what she suggested!! I won’t ever go anywhere else.

WORST SALON FOR CURLY AFRO HAIR!!!

Do not go anywhere near this place if you have curly afro hair. I went to Bauhaus hoping for a platinum blonde and left with ashy grey hair. I went back for them fix my hair and when I explained what was wrong with it the colourist (by the name of Rose) felt the need to ask someone else what they think of my hair like my word wasn’t enough. When it came to styling my hair, she never used any water then complained that my hair just absorbs product. Anyone who knows curly hair knows that it needs water and not just tons of product. She felt the need to call someone else to help and kept saying “you see why I need help with this” like my hair is just so difficult. The person who came to help was complimenting my hair whilst Rose called my hair weird which was really offensive. I feel like there was some racism behind that comment. I left with my hair still ashy and feeling extremely dry. When I got home, I checked my hair and I actually think that some of it fell out due to the bleach being left on for too long. smh

I’ve been super happy every time I leave the salon. I’ve had a range of services from a balayage, going pink and also platinum blonde. My hair always feels amazing afterwards and Lucy and Sarah especially have always been so accommodating.

I have had my cut and colour done by Scott and Sarah respectively for years and I’ve always appreciated the great conversation as well as the great service. However the team has gone up even further in my estimations since having a baby. I put off coming into the salon for months because I was worried about the disruption my baby would cause. I needn’t have, Not only was the team welcoming and accommodating but Tina the receptionist comforted the baby while I had my hair done! I was so grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough!
