I'm a regular at John Michael Hairdressers in Great Yarmouth. Great to hear that Carla is soon to return, she has been hugely missed and even more so since the departure of Chloe. Over the last year the salon has seen the departure of many good hair stylists. However the one great thing that hasn't changed is the excellent customer service delivered by our young Bonnie, she's been amazing, she is always so helpful and obliging, nothing is to much trouble, always makes you feel welcome, she's a credit to the salon. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Bonnie for always looking after me and making me feel so welcome. Also really looking forward to having Carla back, the salon hasn't been the same without her xx

Had the lovely Joy today and she's has two more bookings out of me. Honestly regained my faith in hairdressers I was rather nervous that I would come out with shorter hair than I wanted but she honestly listened and took the time to explain what was best to do with my hair. While being honest but taking into consideration what I had requested. Will be returning after the wedding for my hair up. And again in July for a colour!

Hi there, been iv been to John Michael hairdressers for a little while now. Lovely young lady called Bonnie does my hair, she is very good. Does exactly what you want, couldn't be more helpful lovely products she uses too 😊😊

Lovely friendly staff, I enjoy having my hair done here, Porsche does my hair, a beautiful cut and so easy for me to manage in between visits.

The young lady did an amazing job of sorting out my head of hair.

Went there today 17/08/2020 after being let down by other hairdressers. (this was a gift from my daughter) Lomasi was brilliant, especially with all my hair she had to thin out thanks again
