'Very' highly recommend this salon. Lovely people, very welcoming and friendly. I am very happy with my haircut which was everything I asked for. After arriving with a frizzy head of hair I left looking sleek and shiny with a fantastic cut and finish. Top rate salon and service.

Could not recommend highly enough - Simply Hair saved my wedding hair in September! My Sister, who was going to style my hair, fell ill a few days before the wedding and was no longer able to do my hair. I phoned Simply Hair the day before the wedding on the tiny chance that they might have a slot - by some minor miracle they'd just had a cancellation so I was able to go on the morning of the wedding. Was welcomed in and made to feel instantly welcome, with all appropriate social distancing measures. Leanne had never seen me, let alone my hair, before but she did the MOST wonderful job: beyond what I thought possible! Hairstyle stayed looking beautiful for the whole day and I was rather sad to have to take it out at the end! Thank you SO much! xxx

I have (had) just started to use this hairdressers and can’t recommend Morgan enough, however, I had a smoothing treatment there in December which cost an eye watering £150.
The treatment would leave hair smoother, straighter & results would last approximately 6 months, however, in the first week I could see this had not taken (I’ve had this done many times before by another hairdresser), I did not see any change in my hair.
I had an appointment booked for a few weeks time for a colour, so I waited until then to express my concern & decide where we went from there.
It was agreed by my hairdresser that it hadn’t taken and was agreed she would reapply and leave in for longer at no cost. The nearest appointment being 7 weeks later.
On the morning of my appointment, after booking time off work to leave early , I received a phone call saying the owner, Jason, had advised I would need to pay another £150!!
No reason for this decision was forthcoming , Jason didn’t even have the decency to make the call himself & explain why he felt I should be charged full price for something I had already paid for & my hairdresser agreed hadn’t worked, nor why this had only just been decided on the day of my appointment!
Terrible customer service! The fact you didn’t make this call yourself, Jason, shows me you wasn’t confident in your decision making either! Shocking!
Despite a call from Jason on Monday, as a result of this review, with a promise to speak to his staff on Tuesday & call me back, this has not happened! I refer to my original review, terrible customer service!

Friendly staff, did exactly what I wanted to my hair, colour corrected my hair and did an amazing balayage. Definitely going back

Visited the salon for the first time today. Paige did a great job. I had a cut and blow dry. I’m so pleased I’ve booked to go again. The salon was friendly clean and professional. Simply Hair I recommend you.

Only been once up to now..due this week. I was very pleased with the result.
