I had my hair coloured today at the Allestree salon, staff were very friendly and welcoming . I went in the day as I was really unhappy with my hair from a previous salon. Amy sat me down made me feel comfortable and we discussed what she was going to do, she did a patch test and booked me in for the next day. After having my hair done by Amy I am thoroughly happy and will definitely be going back . Highly recommended this salon xx

Superb salon and very professional staff. So friendly and helpful. Best hairstylists in town.

It's like walking back in time to an awful era. Some of the staff hang on to so much negativity, walk around with screwed up faces, have zero care for how customers ought to be treated. This place needs to send their staff for some bias training. It doesn't matter how modern and swish your decor is when the people who work there have zero people skills.

Following reply from Katie Weeds: You will not find me on your appointment system as my review is not posted under my customer name. However, I can assure you I attended your salon twice, once for a hair cut and another time for a beauty treatment. I gave your staff a 2nd chance by attending again, but the behaviour and attitude from some of your staff confirmed their poor treatment of some customers. My review still stands and you need to learn to acknowledge that you cannot have 100% customer satisfaction when your staff do not treat 100% customers correctly or equally.
