Supercuts Bluewater

Fantastic service, welcoming staff, online queue system is brilliant. My stylist was lovely and cut and styled my hair perfectly. I will definitely use again.

Lucy at the Bluewater branch was the stylists who did my hair, I am so pleased with the colour and the cut, she did it exacting how I wanted it. She was friendly and chatty the time went so quick. The receptionist was also nice and friendly, I will definitely go there again.

I wanted a short bob above the shoulders, even showed an image to the hairdresser. I left very unhappy as it was much much longer than I wanted. I called back to ask if this can be resolved. They put me with the same hairdresser, which was incredibly awkward and she even argued about what I’d asked for (even though I showed her a clear picture), I asked for at least 2 inches off and honestly she perhaps cut 1cm at most. She asked if it was okay, I couldn’t even be bothered at this point so I said it was fine and left. Now I will pay again for a different hairdresser to cut off the 2inches I wanted. Very annoying as I paid £46 and she basically did what she wanted. I really don’t recommend this supercuts. I didn’t ask for anything fancy and even then I wasn’t listened to… twice.

Excellent service. When it opened we only had to wait about 20 minutes to get my daughter fitted in, she had a completely new restyle. The stylist was excellent and the finish was brilliant.

Had a fantastic experience at your Bluewater branch with stylist, Rosie. Rosie was very friendly and I left the salon absolutely over the moon with my hair cut and feeling like a new woman. Thanks again, Rosie.

Lovely team at Bluewater, Olga who did my hair was so good, I'm really pleased with the results. They were a little understaffed but Olga seemed to take everything in her stride and my hair looks fantastic! Thank you

very bad haircut experience overall. I cut & Coloured my hair today. The hairdresser is not experienced. Showered both eardrums at the same time when washing my hair😓.

The first colour wash was not complete, lots of dye was left in the hair and I had to do a second wash without putting a towel on my neck. I was worried about getting my clothes wet.

Then, it comes to the cutting bit. The hair at the back looks like a wig, with bumps and shallow holes, but she said it because of the way my hair grows. Are you not supposed to fix it as a hairdresser, I wonder? I don't want to argue, so I just paid quickly and left.

Also, after reaching home, I realised that plenty of dye was still hanging in the front of my forehead, which took some time to rub off, and it was painful for my skin.

Overall, the service is bad, with no introduction to the hairdressing experience and no proper management

The only good thing is the walk-in service without the fuss of making an appointment.

Came for a wash and cut. Stylist was very friendly an provided decent haircut. Although I did ask for a layered haircut she ended up just doing a straight cut. I wasn't too fussed as I was in a rush. Customer service was good too.
