Gems Hair Studio

Had my hair cut today by Zoe. It's awful, she cut too much off, totally ignored the picture I showed her so my hair is nothing like what I wanted and 2 inches shorter than I wanted. She blasted it with the hairdryer, didn't use any heat protection product so I have hair in worse condition than when I went in. I feel very sad especially as I paid £30 for this mess. When I said this isn't what I asked for she really wasn't interested or seemed to care. I won't go back and do not recommend this stylist.

I've been going to Gem's for over 10 years as they are one of very few hairdressers that offer the application of hair colour with a spatula. Excellent friendly service at very reasonable prices.
