i went in for a root touch up and blow dry.the girl who washed my hair only washed half and the colour as still left at he back of my head.it had to be washed again to get it properly done.the chair in front of the wash basin are just regular wheelie chairs that are so very uncomfortable. No support for your neck that is pressed into the edge of the sink.the woman who washed my hair the 2nd time kept pulling my hair fiercely while washing it. I'm sure I've lost half my hair!.they didn't use a barrier cream around the face so my forehead and ears were covered in colour and when i asked if they had anything to get it off the woman said no just wash when you get home.i was due to go o a party and it looked so bad. even when blow drying she was so rough and one point got my hair tangled up in the hair brush and just almost pulled me off the chair!1.absolutely ridiculous!!i have had my hair coloured for many years now and this is the worst ever.i could have done a better job at home.
PLEASE AVOID!!
