Had hair done for prom was In there for 25 minutes and was charged £40 for a hair style that I did not request I had shown the lady a picture of what I wanted she said she could do it yet she goes to do it and starts doing a French plait not a Dutch braid she then said she didn’t know how to do a Dutch braid and she’s supposed to be a hair dresser. Once the hair style was completed she told me what she did was a Dutch braid when it clearly wasn’t, my complaint wouldn’t have been this harsh if we wasn’t charged £40 for 25 minutes of there time doing something I could have done myself on my daughter. Yes we didn’t have a trial we did book one for 4 o’clock on the phone and we got there and they told us it was at 3 but we missed it no one in the shop went out of their way to reschedule it we just received dirty looks and we’re told we were late in the end we had no choice to go here without a trial as no other shops were available .

James was amazing. I live in the States and can never find a good stylist. Came home for a visit and I have known Joe for 40 years. James his son talked me through the whole cut. Showed me how to style it. Asked if he could open a salon in Florida. Thanks James loved the cut

I’ve never been before but took a chance after another salon ‘ not doing the best job’ Charlotte was great understanding down to earth and a great sense of humour not only am I delighted with the results the whole experience in the salon was spot on!! 😊 an I don’t give reviews normally so believe me they are top notch if only I’d found the Gallery earlier! 🙄 love it!!
