Politely phoned to inquire on prices & availibility for an appointment. Had it not been for the rude & ignorant Scottish woman that answered the phone, they might have got another customer. No wonder the place is empty every time you drive past. No thanks.

Changes is a rare gem in the heart of Maidstone. The owner, Leslie, is so lovely and extremely good with my stubborn hair. Over the years, I've had perms and bob cuts from her. She always made me feel confident when leaving her shop...with a smile on my face. I tried a new thing today, had Hi-Lift tints from Kevin. Kevin is the newest edition to Changes, and although hesitant at first, upon Leslie's recommendation, I made the leap of faith. Guess what!, my hair turned out amazing! Kevin was meticulous with the process and gave me what I wanted without damaging my hair. I'm so happy. Thank you. Changes has a humble, friendly, down to earth yet professional feel. I've been coming here for 3 years and I'm not going anywhere else. @ Leslie - sorry it took me so long to write a review, think I was being selfish, wanted you all to myself!
