Brilliant salon, professional, down-to-earth, friendly and helpful, and so knowledgeable. Over the last few years James & Siobhan have totally transformed my unmanageable and frizzy hair, I am always so happy with the results. The new Goldwell smoothing treatment is fantastic and well worth trying and shows off the excellent cut and colour to it's full. I also bring my 2 fidgety children here, and my husband, and I can honestly say I now enjoy the experience, and my hair looks and feels the best it's looked for years! Thank you James & Siobhan.

I've been going to Steven James for many years, and have had my hair done by my lovely hairdresser Siobhan for these years too. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else, the staff are fantastic and so welcoming, the atmosphere is absolutely lovely and everybody is so friendly! That, and my hair has been cared for tremendously over the years. A definite must if you're thinking of getting your hair done in the Kent area 😊

I have been going to Steven James for three years and would not go anywhere else. James will always try to fit me in at the last minute and always consults on what I want. He works quickly and efficiently and the results are always consistently pleasing. Now a couple of my friends go to James too which is evidence of the standard of his cutting and colouring. It is always calm in the salon with a strong sense of team work and purpose.
