Got my eyebrows done today, only asked for a little hair to be threaded off, was judged the whole time and not all focus was placed on any of the clients that day, such as talking to others whilst threading them, she asked at the start after she threaded them a little if they were fine, I said yes but no more, but processed to do. I am now very upset with the results and feel insecure about them now.

Friendly staff and high quality haircuts. Very cheap prices and would definitely recommend anyone to go here. The barber did exactly my haircut as I imagined. Definitely would be going back.

I came out of the salon crying after the worst hair cut i have ever had in my life! I thought I would try them as their prices are cheap but my hair is ruined! I asked to have layers and honestly almost every strand of my hair is a different length! And for £35? Im never going to them again they are clearly not experienced and I doubt they had any training whatsoever! I have never had such a bad experience considering all these good reviews! And the worst part was that first a guy starts cutting my hair then another girl which looked like she didn’t know anything! I am going back for a refund and if anyone needs to see what they done to me please email me and i will happily forwards a picture! Disgraceful

I went here on Thursday 13th of April qnd it had nice customer service but when I got on to the hair cut I thought he was gonna make it good but after it was finished my cousin said(since I was with my cousin) it looks like they did u dirty and that's why I would never recommend this palace ever to anyone

My wife went into this salon to have her hair cut and coloured and what should have been straight forward for a company with such experience turned out to be horrific. The colour is patchy at best and the cut looks like it’s been done with a pair of hedge shears. None of it is straight and it looks terrible. I can honestly say that I have seen trainees do a better job than this. My wife explained on several occasions that the bleach was burning her scalp and the hairdresser did not listen and carried on with what she was doing resulting in my wife having a blistered scalp. When I made my complaint to the salon today the manager explained to me that this was all perfectly normal and the hairdresser was only doing what had been asked of her. If this was what my wife wanted then I would have asked my 4 year old to do it. I mean she probably would have done a better job than what they have done. To my amazement the total cost of the hair cut should have been £115 but my wife was only charged £90 because they knew that they had messed up from the start but are not willing to admit this. The final point was when the hairdresser that did my wife’s hair cut laughed at me as she found this to be rather amusing. If you want to be ripped of and get a butchered hair cut then this is the place to go. If not then definitely go else where. I would not recommend these clowns to anyone. Total waste of time and money. It’s a shame the lowest rating I could give it was 1 star because I would give it a negative rating if it was possible. STEER CLEAR LADIES.
