Arcana Hair and Beauty

Was a bit nervous about what to expect with everything going on right now, but Arcana were amazing. I went in to get a full head of highlights which takes 3+ hours, but felt very comfortable the whole time...I was lucky to be in one of their upstairs room with no other customers, also everyone was wearing face masks/shields so I felt very safe. Most importantly, I love my hair! Megan did a great job of rejuvenating hair which hadn't been done since last November, and the colour looks great! Also, the salon is just lovely inside too. Recommend!!

Overall I had a pleasant experience, and my stylist was very attentive and friendly. However, the colour I asked for (I took in a pic to make it super clear) came out waaaay lighter than I wanted. So I called them and they were v good at offering times for me to come in and get it fixed (at no extra cost) but they weren't apologetic and the service the second time around was rushed.

Would recommend for a cut, v happy with it but just be suuuuper clear about what you want when it comes to colour!

I have been to Arcana Winchester twice so far, each time with a different stylist and could not be more pleased! I felt listened to and totally comfortable and the cuts were great, and also that they really meant 'was I happy, did I need anything more?' They also went above and beyond for my 4 year old daughter and made her day with a little kindness and style! Thank you!

I walked into Arcana today to book a keratin smoothing treatment and they sweetly fitted me in there and then and I was whisked upstairs for my treatment. Tori was so lovely, did a fantastic job and also educated me on sulphates and parabens in shampoo. Super useful stuff. She had a lovely helper, a young guy who very sweetly kept offering me drinks given it was so hot today. What a lovely team - I would recommend Arcana !

Gorgeous salon, lovely staff and brilliant service. I had a trainee - Ruby who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
