Really nice staff and ambience, no doubt. However they botched my hair. Not disastrous but shoddy with choppy bits that I saw when I got home and had to chop the sticking out parts myself. Lots of single strands of long hair were missed. Disappointed.

I started to get my hair done with Kenny over 20 years ago. Kenny is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and his team exude the passion and commitment for their craft that can only come with such great leadership. Kenny also does phenomenal philanthropic work for the people of his beloved home town of Stevenage. If you want the best hair and most warm and fun environment then go straight to Kenny Arnold Hairdressing and bypass everyone else!

Kenny Arnold I can not fault the service received from the first message to walking out the salon with my son with a tear running down my face proud mum. My son is autistic hasn't had a good haircut for quite sometime. He always wore his hood no matter where he was. Sam washed cut blow dried and showed him how to style it. So so accommodating explained everything to him. He walked out with his hood down and hasn't put it up since. Hopefully this continues so I can see his handsome face. More importantly he is happy to go back again. Thank you Sam and Kenny. Much love ❤ x

The staffs of Kenny Arnold salon are very friendly. Unfortunately, some of masters doesn't have enough knowledge and skill to cut and make proper ladies hair dressing. I am so disappointed of his skill and final result.

This looks a lovely place from the street. I'm new to the area and had seen it in passing, remembered the name and rang up from home a few days later having looked them up. Despite showing women's hair styles online, this is a barbers! You sit in a barbers chair with barbers cutting hair. You do not get a hairdresser experience. I had a very disappointing haircut with many uneven ends left underneath - at hairdresser prices. Furthermore, they do not take payment by card, which I was not told over the phone. What post covid business doesn't take card payments? It was dark when my hair was finished and I was directed to the nearest cash machine to withdraw cash with no regard for me being a lone female in an unknown area who rarely chooses to use cash machines. This was a very disappointing experience 😔.

Always a lovely warm welcome from everyone here. I was in for a cut with Jamie on Friday, & even though it was seven weeks since I had been in, he remembered that my husband had been in an accident, and asked how he was doing. So thoughtful x

Really happy with the service received here, Lindsey done my hair and after it not lifting to the colour I wanted it too at first she done an amazing job on getting it there in her own free time which was much appreciated, looking forward to my next visit

First visit today. Had a cut and blow dry with Sam. I can honestly say i couldnt be happier. My confidence is boosted and the whole experience was fantastic. The best cut i have ever had. Thank you so much, i will be coming back
