Zappas Hair Salon Fleet

I booked an appointment to have my hair restyled with Andrea, a lovely young lady with great customer communication skills. She talked me through each step of the treatment explaining why it would be best for me. Very happy with the restyle and fresh hairstyle. Much easier to manage and keep looking as nice as when I walked out of the salon.

I had an appointment booked with Andrea and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've ever had at the hairdresser's. Andrea talked me through and introduced me in detail to all the steps to keeping my hair healthy, and really understood the look what I was going for. Thank you :). I guess it is safe to safe that after 21 years I've found the perfect hair salon. Can't wait for my next visit!

I went in for a longer mens haircut with Jasmine and she did an amazing job, the salon has a friendly and welcoming feel and I've come out with a haircut I'm really pleased with. I was confidently asked and advised all through the cut to make sure my choices were right for me each step of the way to get the result I wanted. I'm so happy with the whole experience and the haircut :)

Only just had my second appointment but feel like I’ve been going for years! Kate is amazing! I left the salon extremely happy. Looking forward to my next visit! 🌟

WOW is all I can say. I went to Zappas with a home dye gone terribly wrong and Georgie saved me! I felt so at ease and so looked after in the salon. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will definitely not attempt home dying again and will go straight to Zappas next time😆

Jasmine helps by answering any queries you have and makes suggestions on what would work best for you. She is friendly and makes you feel at home in the salon.
Also the lady who washed my hair was amazingly gentle and the head massage nearly sent me to sleep, it was so good.

I went to zappas for the first time today, I saw the lovely Kate who took her time she asked me how I wanted my hair, she looked at how the condition was recommended a treatment, I had a relaxing wash while using the massage chair, what a treat and then had a brilliant cut. what a lovely experience, the staff are so nice, the salon is light and airy and your made to feel very welcome. Kate is an excellent hairdresser very passionate and funny . I have made my second appointment cant wait to come back thankyou Kate.

Had a lovely cut and blow dry with Tasha last week. Really pleased, she took a lot of trouble as I have fine hair. Best haircut for a long ime.
