I wish I visited Halo sooner! I had my first appointment with Nicky yesterday and I couldn't be happier about my haircut. My hair is very fine and delicate but by precise, classic cut she made it look fuller and healthier. Today I only had to brush it through and it still maintained its lovely shape. Truly a magic touch and TLC my hair urgently needed.
My hairstylist Nicky as well as receptionist Jade very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Fantastic service.
I booked the next appointment already.

After booking online over A MONTH ago - using the Facebook 50% discount.. I arrived on a weekday with 2 weeks to go before my appt, to have a patch test, where there was no one in the salon.. I called out a few times and waited at reception for 10 minutes, no answer. So I left. I came back again on a Saturday afternoon to have a patch test (pre scheduled this time!). I wasn't even acknowledged when I arrived until I eventually asked someone who was clearly ignoring anyone coming in. I was left waiting 15 minutes for a simple patch test which took 5 seconds.
Then on THE MORNING of my highlights appointment I was left a VOICEMAIL to cancel my appointment, leaving me with no option to have another stylist do my hair.. I did call back right away but of course... no one answered the phone.
I am beyond disgusted with this service. It is a Friday and too late to book anywhere else now for a wedding tomorrow morning. It's just one bad service to another here. No idea what their colouring skills are like and to be honest I'm glad I've avoided finding out after this long.
Will stick to more reputable salons where they understand what customer service actually is.

Becca was amazing from start to finish. She gave me some great advice on what would work well for my hair since I wasn't too sure what I wanted to have done. I had felt anxious before the appointment as it was my first hair cut in some time but Becca instantly made me feel at ease and I felt so relaxed throughout my time with her. The end result was amazing too and I came out feeling so much better with lighter, healthier hair. Definitely highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience today. I've been for the first time to this salon and everyone was so lovely. I wanted a pixie haircut and Holly was so lovely and professional. She did such an amazing job. I'm so pleased with the haircut and with the salon atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this salon.

Always a positive experience. The hair stylists always listen carefully to what's being requested and perform to a high level. I always come out happy.

I booked an appointment attracted to the 50pc off your first visit and the location.
Such a lovely welcome, the staff here could not be more welcoming,They even had commentary drinks and snacks!
The salon is clean, spacious and modern, the music just right, thankfully no rapping here. (The best thing thing was no harsh lights, so no scary reflection.)
My stylist Lilly was wonderful, we discussed hair cut and style comprehensively, Lilly was happy to help me with ideas on what would work best without being overbearing. She was lovely, have rebooked, Lilly is an asset to Halo, they are lucky to have her.
I shall be recommending Halo to my friends and colleagues.
