I went to see Kelsey and she was amazing from the second i walked in the door.
She was delicate with my hair and listened to what I needed and came up with several suggestions to it.

Nothing was too much trouble. I'd highly recommend going to her and this salon.

I visited this salon this afternoon and there were 2 female hairdressers (a blond one and a long dark-haired one) busy doing customers' hair (only 2customers).
There was another customer waiting and myself.
When I entered the salon, none of the hairdressers acknowledged my presence. I thought they must be busy, so I waited patiently for them to finish their job to be able to make an appointment.
The dark-haired hairdresser finished the first and she totally blanked me, greeted the woman seated next to me with an extremely loud "HELLO! " while completely ignoring me.
I felt I was not welcome at all... Maybe because I am mixed raced or perhaps she did not see me because it was getting dark... Anyway, I left the salon.
I have just moved from Paris to Cheltenham and looked for a place to have my hair done. I chose to go to this salon because of the good reviews, however I was disappointed with the hairdresser's attitude, the lack of politeness and professionalism.
If I could give a 0 star I would just for choosing deliberately to ignore a potential customer.

I have been coming to Nicholas White Hairdressers for over 20 years and cannot recommend it highly enough. Nick and the team are always friendly and welcoming and the service is excellent. I love the Aveda products and always leave the salon delighted with my hair cut.

Absolutely awful, worst experience ever. I paid over £130 for literally nothing. My daughter spent 4 hours in salon and came out with barely noticeable changes- few tiny little highlights that you hardly can see and a haircut which is nothing like the one we asked for. It was painful to watch, to be honest, the hairdressers way of working looked very unprofessional (you could expect something like that from the first week trainee but not from stylist with years of experience). We are very disappointed, I feel like I’ve been robbed.

Love the fact that they only use cruelty-free products. Great hairdressers.

Great cut for my daughter, friendly services.

Gabrielle is lovely and colours my hair perfectly. The relaxed atmosphere is all to do with the friendly and helpful team along with their clients who are clearly regular to this salon.
Another plus for me is that the tea is served in a pot; perfect.

I needed help to correct my colour which had become too light after years of highlights. Gabby listened and advised and gave me exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff and and a wonderful service overall. Thank you!
