I've got nothing but positive things to say about this salon. After having the same hairdresser for over 8yrs before I moved here, I was a little unsure about having someone new doing my hair. But I can honestly say that I am never disappointed, no matter which lovely stylist has worked her magic. Even when they were working with the restrictions imposed on them by covid, nothing changed, the care and service was still spot on. It's a lovely salon with a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much 😊

Jess has cut and coloured my hair twice now and both times she’s done an excellent job I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I have walked out feeling amazing ... Jess was incredible. The salon is beautiful everyone is really kind ... but I had Jess do a full head of highlights and a brand new style as my hair was dead and horrible. I have booked in my next 2 appointments already highly recommend Hoop. Very happy customer!

Anazing salon with nicest staff! I was really nervous about having my hair cut as previous hairdressers have ruined my hair in the past. Ella made me feel so comfortable and made my hair feel and look amazing without loosing my much loved length which gave me a nice confidence boost :) She also did my mum's hair and did an amazing job! Mum was flaunting her hair around and said she felt years younger 😊

Brought my daughter for her first big girl wash cut and blowdry after school and Jessica was hands down the beat hairdresser that's ever done her hair! She made Lydia feel very comfortable, was really good with helping her keep still and even gave her hair a lovely style after her cut. My daughter couldn't stop smiling afterwards and said she felt really pretty 😊

Had a treatment that was very relaxing with a hot towel. Had a complete restyle with Jess. She did a fantastic job as always. Highly recommend.

So absolutely disappointed in their professionalism.
i booked a hair appointment two months in advance as I was due to have an op and would be house bound for that period . I had the consultation explained every thing that i required agreed on price given and even gave a deposit (apparently clients had not been turning up), which i was happy to do.
I popped in to salon three days before appointment to confirm date, to be told that the agree price had increased by 50% because the computer had given me two discounts . they would only offer me a treatment for the higher price or have a lesser service for the price id originally agreed too ,to compensate the mistake.
There was no apology or even a middle ground found , I will advise all future customers to check the price before treatment and may have written conformation to avoid any embarrassments that could happen on payment. I have been refunded my deposit however i wanted my hair cut as i was looking forward to this after my period of recovery.
