My first trip to the salon and very impressed! Lovely atmosphere, gorgeous place - love the decor! - and very welcoming and friendly. Olivia understood exactly what I was after and cut my hair perfectly. The wash was great too - no yanking and splashing! And she blow-dried and straightened it beautifully. I’m going back to Olivia next week for highlights. Very happy - thank you!

My second visit and yet again, the service, cut and colour was exceptional.
Hannah really takes her time in understanding what style you’re wanting and confidently advises what she feel will also work.

My daughter had hair cut and blow dry .
She was extremely upset afterwards. They were rushing to do her hair and after the cut ,they hand it over to the trainee to do her blow dry which wash awful (harshly done)not even straight properly .

Next day when I complain to the manager ,she seems she couldn’t care less 🤷‍♀️Almost telling me off because I am not happy with the service and because I am complaining
It’s was a very disappointing experience for my daughter and myself

Thank you so much for helping me out to deal with a disaster hair cut (which was not cut here!!). The options you gave me to repair things was really helpful, even though I couldn’t bring myself to go shorter. The recommended products are really helping. Once I have some hair back I will be back and I won’t go elsewhere again as my hair has always been beautifully cut at KJM!

Having just moved into the area, this was my first time to the salon - now I understand why it’s always busy, has great reviews & won awards! I went in for a ‘restyle’ & wanted a new look - I went in wanting a shorter length & found some pictures from the internet for inspiration, but the outcome was x10000 better than anything I imagined or found online! Danielle knew exactly how to achieve the right look & gave me the most amazing, sleek & sassy bob haircut!! I couldn’t wait to show it off & have since had loads of compliments about it - I haven’t stopped smiling when I look in the mirror! I feel FABULOUS!!

She was knowledge, friendly, professional, the salon itself has a great atmosphere & the whole staff team are very attentive - I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Never felt so relaxed with someone new cutting my hair, Johnathan is very knowledgeable in what he dose and what looks good. He is honest, humble and hard-working, you can clearly see he wants the best for his clients and want them to look just as fabulous as he is. Could not rate high enough.
