Always a delight to go for either a cut or a colour. The staff are highly skilled, friendly and nothing seems like too much trouble. There are beautiful flowers in the bathroom and really great coffee.
I have been going to Toni & Guy for 16 years since I moved to Cheltenham.

I was pleased that the Salon still took COVID safety precautions by wearing masks, even though this is no longer law.

I saw a new stylist for me today- Keira- she knew exactly what I needed and cut my hair really well. Very pleased with the result and will definitely return to see her.

Went in for a blow dry staff were nice and friendly but I didn’t achieve the look I wanted, I wanted a loose bouncy blow dry and they curled it in small ringlets, with no volume. My hair stylist also left me mid appointment for 5 minutes to go and talk with another client. Wasn’t overly impressed however the girl who washed my hair was great.

So so rude. I was staying in Cheltenham for a few days and needed my hair washed and blow dried for an event. I took a chance and popped in and asked if they had any appointments (at 2pm on a Tuesday), the reception looked me up and down and bluntly said no, I asked of they had any appointments at all for the day and she replied no. I then asked if she could point me in the direction of another local salon, she replied that she didn't know of any. I replied 'seriously!?!?'. She replied, 'seriously' with a very snide tone. Forgive me but I find it a stretch to believe she can not name one other salon in the local area for a visitor she's turning away to try. I have no doubt their services is excellent, when they serve you, but on this occasion their conduct was rude and hurtful.

Amazing salon! professional but friendly service always. Very nice atmosphere at this salon a credit to the name Toni and Guy.

Writing this on behalf of my other half; they did an absolutely incredible job with her hair, they were patient and skillful with achieving the look we were going for and for under £70 it was fantastic.
She couldn't be happier with her new look thanks to the stylists there.

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. So patient as it took a bit longer than they expected and I was the last customer in the shop 🙈
