So disappointed with my hair. After relocating to Thaxted my hairdresser was over an hour and half away and so I needed a new one. After reading reviews of this hairdresser I thought I would be in good hands. Unfortunately the hair dresser didn’t do a good job on my hair, after explaining that I was trying to go a little lighter than my natural colour I got a full head of foils and a cut and blow dry. The full head of foils was barely a full head. Large sections have been left, admittedly the colour has come out well, but not worth the cost of the full head of foils I was expecting and paying for. The cut was the worst. After I explained that I was trying to grow my hair to be able to stick it up and for him to try to avoid the layers that had been put in as I was trying to grow them out, about two inches was taken from my length and then the layers well chopped into, giving a horrible unblended result. When I asked to see the back of my hair the hairdresser attempted to blend it as best he could but the damage was already done and short of having another inch or two taken off it was pointless in continuing. After expressing how disappointed I was in the cut I still expected to pay, for the colour at least, but to be charged £110 for a the cost of all the hair loss and now having to wait at least 6 months to grow back my hair, I can’t not leave this review. I’m devastated and will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone new.

Worst haircut of my life. I actually feel like I got scammed. Wet cut ( just a trim ) which was over in a matter on 15mins costing me £38. Got home and I’ve realised it’s not even done correctly. I still have uneven bits. Would avoid.
