A very professional service. Staff are always happy, bubbly and always an absolute cracking laugh when I get my hair done at Caroline Mitchells. The girls are all fantastic hairdressers and no one washes my hair and ensures my experience is a relaxing one other than Sarah. They all are brilliant and I would highly recommend Caroline Mitchell. The amount of compliments I receive about my hair is non stop and I just want to say a big thank you to Caroline for always doing my hair the way I want it. She is brilliant! Thanks girls - Saty xx

I tried to book a Balayage and cut and blow dry for my wife via online booking, as a Christmas treat. And was expected to pay £80 upfront with £80 paid on the appointment date. This is absolutely outrageous !!! What exactly am I paying for 3 weeks in advance ??? And how do I get my money back if needed. Pure money grabbing, you are not Vidal Sassoon. Booked with a more professional salon with no ridiculous charges. Bye !!!

I've been going to Caroline Mitchell for a few months now and I'm really impressed. It's a real friendly salon and Caroline cuts my hair great and really understands what I want. I've even recommended my mum to go there. We were both at another salon who was very expensive but Caroline is real value for money and she cleary loves her business.

Have been coming here for a few years now. Cqroline is the only professional and friendly there,I always enjoyed her work and I brought new clients as well....but it used to be a nice friendly shop but not anymore.
Appointment issues,they had sent me a wrong confirmation date whwn I called I was the judge one ,and Chanel omg,I tell you very very bad treatment she gave me and very bad attitude and shouting,sorry but no excuse for rudeness, this is not the way you treat a client ,even if the client is "difficult" and "frustrated" cas in the end we all know that a day for hairstyle needs to be plan. I will not go anymore there ...this is not an excuse how to treat and deal with a client. Teach your staff that Customer service Caroline.Because people like Chanel you will lose clients and money!
