I'm afraid I was incredibly disappointed and upset with the service I received at Silhouette Du Barry,
- For a half head of highlights you will receive 2 rows of foils- one either side of your parting and they will not bother to do around your front hairline. Likewise they will not even bother to do the back unless you ask.
- The foils were not left to develop for long enough leaving my hair looking horridly brassy in colour.
- The most upsetting part was how wonky the hair cut itself was. I was left with the left side of my hair over an inch longer than the right (and no I did not ask for an asymmetrical cut). After spending £75 on a hair service I did not expect to be crying that same evening about how awful my hair looked and how much I had been charged for such a poor finish.

Beautiful decor, friendly helpful staff, and highly skilled. Always willing to listen but never short on ideas and suggestions. They devote a good amount of time to you, and you actually get what you ask, for which certainly isn't often the case in many other places. Worth the extra bit of money, being as you wear your hair every second of every day.
