Have been looking for someone who knows how to work with colours for a long time. I am pleased to say that I have finally found somebody who has a passion for a job well done and great skills! Lauren was super professional, focused, and she did not rush although she was running late because of my very thick hair. I was booked for 4 hours but ended up staying 4 hours and 40 min. I went in with half a head of a horrible reddish ginger colour (old colour that faded away) and half of regrowth with my natural dark colour and lots of grey hair. Lauren used a balayage to blend all the pieces together and made my whole hair lighter, more sun-kissed. She and Abby who helped her were very friendly. I also loved the way Lauren cut my hair. The result is quite astonishing from what my friends have said. Merci beaucoup!

I had a women called Kirsty dye, cut and style my hair. I was a little nervous as I decided to go a completely different, very bright colour. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable and remained professional at all times. Extremely friendly staff. Hannah also helped with my appointment. Definitely worth 5 stars!

After a really bad experience at a different salon, I booked in with Tara to see if she could help sort out my over thinned and very excessively layered hair cut. I am so impressed with the cut! I was so worried I’d have to have lots cut off to fix my hair but I didn’t and I’ve had so many compliments on my hair since. Thank you Tara! Would 100 per cent recommend.

I thoroughly recommend going to see Tara for a great hair cut! Always a really nice experience and her precision cutting is amazing! I also recommend Gatsby and Miller in general, a really nice salon and all the staff are very friendly and happy to help. Will be telling all my friends.

Just went in for a quick fringe trim and they were so lovely! Didn't catch the woman's name who cut my hair but she did a great job and didn't even charge me - was so touched and it was great customer service. 100% will be returning :)

Tara was, as always, fantastic. She discussed the plan for my colour, caught up with how I was doing general, ensured I had everything I needed (large coffee!). She's worked wonders over the last 2 sessions with a difficult home-dyed base. Steve then finished the appointment with a bouncy blow dry. A really personalised service to make a new mum feel very special!

Just awful! Dawn the Manager has no idea what is going on; the service I received during my last visit was so poor. I was told to come in for a toner to be added to my newly dyed brown hair which had no affect whatsoever, and then I was told to blow dry my own hair. I found out (after numerous visits) that it is their policy and you must book a £40+ blow dry otherwise you will be drying your hair in the salon yourself like you would at home with a hairdryer. Their junior staff cannot offer a rough dry apparently! I sent an email to Dawn with my concerns and after me chasing her for a response, she suggested I came back for another toner. Please do not go to this salon.
