Nice people but unfortunately turned my mothers hairline into a cowlick, was extremely stuck together with product and an uneven haircut all over

Very good, went for a spray tan, it lasted for nearly a week and a half. I told them it was for an event and my original booking was cutting it fine with being able to wash the tan off and be ready for the event. They phoned me back a day or so before my appointment and offered me a cancellation slot that was earlier in the day because they remembered that it was for an event. They then called me again to offer me an even earlier slot the day before my appointment. I was extremely grateful as it really did help. Staff seemed friendly when I got there.
