This hairdresser Colin actually deserves zero stars
My friend was reduced in tears today when she was refused service by Colin at last minute saying she missed previous appointments
She told him that she never went there before and they said their system flagged that up
Obviously they missed up clients details and information and this is in breach of the trading standard law
My friend will flag this hairdresser now to the right people because it’s unacceptable to treat people in this way
Will you trust someone acting like this to do your hair ? Look around please better places to go than hairdressers acting like VIP or prima donnas !!🤮

This hairdresser doesn’t provide the service of the automatic appointments reminder via mobile and doesn’t even provide his clients with a courtesy reminder call

I have been to this Hairdressers before as it is my local one and found them ok but just could not get the style I wanted..then I found Debbie oh my I was so pleased with the cut I can not thank her enough it was exactly what I wanted ...phoned today and she has left not sure whats wrong with this hairdressers it can not hold on to their staff

Needed a simple hair wash and blow dry after an operation had made this impossible, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly reasonable and accommodating.
