Rush Hair Maidstone

I was very happy with the experience at Rush Hair Salon. The stylist was friendly, ready to give professional advice and I felt totally at ease. I always feel relaxed and welcome at Rush and I love my haircut. Thank you so much to everyone at Rush for making me feel special at every visit.

I used to hate going to the hairdresser, until I found Rush, Maidstone! It is such a sociable place, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Every colour and cut I have had there has been brilliant. (Love the tea and coffee too!)

Friendly staff and I'm always pretty happy with the result. You're always offered a drink and you can people-watch the pedestrians shopping outside whilst they do your hair. I've been going here for years, so I don't really know if it's expensive...I suspect it is! But there's normally an offer for colour on Tuesdays - worth checking the website.

Mainly used by women, but I've seen a few men pop in. They do children's hair too.

My daughter had the worst experience in this place
My daughter asked for her hair cut and blond threw the front off her hair .Told it was a process to be done in stages and my daughter accepted this.
Three trips later and nearly £500 in my daughter has a HACKED ginger ponytail

OH but you dare to complain and your asked to leave and security is called apparently because complaining is aggression

Jumped up little manager and his lying lank haired sidekick really have no idea about customer relation deny and lie is their policy not good

Thank you to Billy who completely transformed my hair yesterday! I feel like a different person and love my cut and balayage. Billy was phenomenal, he listened to what I wanted but also used his creativity to make my hair look the best it has ever looked. All the team were friendly and attentive and the price was good using the 50% off colour deal on a Tuesday. Thanks Rush!

ABSOLUTE SCAM, TRY AND AVOID!!!!

If you don’t mind being surprised with hidden charges and paying a WEEKS WORTH OF WAGE for an outcome that you could probably do yourself with a box of hair dye at home then go for it otherwise rush hair Maidstone is an absolute scam
And don’t even start with the price of the hair cut and dry, did the hair cut made me look like Beyoncé ?!? For that price??? NO! It shouldn’t be legal to be charging for that price unless my hair is going to be able to teleport me to places!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL!!

This is the first salon that I have been to in a long time where the staff listen to you and take note of what you want, my stylist and colourist is amazing. The staff always make me feel welcome and I cannot fault them.

I had the pleasure of Billy doing my hair and he was fantastic, he made me so happy with my new cut after always having long hair it felt good to go for something new and out of my comfort zone as I was struggling to manage my long hair and needed to have something done and needed it shorter. It felt so nice to have someone different doing my hair as I had Melissa the time before and before that when I lived in Sevenoaks it was always the same person, also enjoyed a lovely chinwag with Billy as well while having my hair done. Staff are a pleasure to see and speak to even if I’m not having my hair done it’s nice to pop in for the occasional chat if I am passing.
Staff are so Amazing, highly recommend this place, always gone to rush for as long as I can remember.
