Scissor Handz Sittingbourne

Love this funky little hidden gem of a hair dressers and barbers. Staff are fab, patient and prices not insanely high like the high street. Excellent with children and was recommended by family and has become our favourite little fun place to get hair cut.

Get my hair cut here regularly. We also take our daughter here. They are all very friendly and attentive.

The lollipop for kids is a nice touch!

Discrimination - Arrived and was the first in the waiting char. 2 clients currently getting their hair done. I was waiting about 15 mins. In the meantime another gent with his son arrived and then a women turned up. Upon the lady hairdresser finishing, she tidied her area and proceeded to look at the female who arrived last, and stated sorry I’m doing females and he’s doing gents. I feel discriminated, purely for the fact, If you’re that way inclined, she had a ‘gents’ style haircut; shaved sides and short on top. whilst mine is a lot lot longer. I wanted advice from someone with long hair but because I’m a gent I need to go with someone who’s always got a fade? Very disappointed and left. Wasted my time.

I couldn’t fault my experience when visiting the salon.
Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and professional and listened to everything I wanted when explaining styles/colours etc.
Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now after being instantly put at ease and leaving with exactly the hair I had in mind!

Just had an amazing experience at Scissor Handz Sittingbourne. Went in with a couple of pictures of the colour I wanted and I have just left with my hair looking the best it has with a colour for many years. Amazing staff, wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back when the time comes.

Great haircut just what I asked for, ask for my opinion and what I wanted all the time I was having my haircut. Lovely clean salon, staff are very friendly, recommend hair salon to everybody will be going back again.

Great service, attentive staff. The lady who cut mine asked lots of questions and checked in with me throughout that I was happy 😊
