Chez Stephan

I had an absolutely brilliant experience at Chez Stephan.

I had neglected my hair for some time and wanted something new. Stephan gave me a fantastic haircut with a side fringe, which I had never had before and now absolutely love.

I was treated to fantastic espresso and a glass of French wine, absolutely uncommon experience when you are being cut. Before there was a nice head massage during the wash, and the original products they used left my hair feeling incredibly soft and healthy (I bought two wine bottles as well and I can't wait to try it).

Service was friendly, casual, and very professional, and the price reasonable.
I will definitely go back not only for my hair, but also to buy some wine again :)

Excellent haircut and styling by Inna, who listened to what I was after, and gave advice based on what would work well for my hair type. The hairdressing+wine shop concept meant that I got a glass of amazing wine on the house as well! All for all, the best haircut experience I've had in a while

I was rather worried as their reviews are quite mixed! but i must say that i loved the whole experience.
The lady who done my hair was extremely polite and took into account everything that i told her.
The salon is lovely the only downside I'll say is that they need more fans with this hot weather but is really a minor compare to the excellent service.
I really recommend it! and I'll say the lovely young french lady that done my hair was amazing 5*

I booked a session for the 25th July with Neus for a treatment and haircut.

I was quite agitated at first as this was the first time I had done this treatment but was kept at ease by Neus, who was extremely nice and chatty, promising throughout the session my hair would look great at the end as well as being a good laugh.

I was very happy with the hair after the haircut which made me more at ease about the hair treatment to come afterwards.

While I was waiting during the treatment process, She made me a really nice coffee which I really appreciated and Chez was lovely enough to serve me some glasses of fantastic wine.

After the session was finished, which was just over 2 hours, I finally got to look at the results and was extremely pleased, I couldn't believe how good it looked.

This is the first time I have reviewed a hairdressers because this was easily the most satisfied I have been with my haircut experience. Will definitely be coming again. Thanks guys! Daniel

Despite only one hair stylist working at the time I visited, I was seen to quickly and given a consultation about how I wanted my hair. I was given great advice throughout the balayage and cut, and when she had finished with it all I was absolutely elated with the look. Exactly what I had asked for!
We were then joined by the owner of the place who was very friendly. He talked me through my next booking process and offered me some rewards for recommending a friend, which I certainly will do! I've have so many compliments on the cut and colour, am really pleased and will definitely return 😊

I went to Stephan’s salon to get a balayage done and I am extremely satisfied by the result.
Ida did an amazing job and I loved the fact that she wasn’t simply listening to what I wanted, but also gave me professional advices and comments and the result was simply amazing.
I found it a very relaxing afternoon too.
I would definitely recommend her for balayage.

Horrific experience. My wife had highlights there. Very uneven. Four bleeding spots that are quite visible. Large areas in the back (she had full head) without any highlights at all) I haven't ever seen more unprofessional service.

First 2 experiences were good with Tina, particularly enjoyed having a glass of wine on the 2nd visit. then the third visit Stephan cut my hair. He did my hair in 15 minutes and charged me £35 due to not being a member. Paid 40 which came with a bottle of wine but wont begoing back for haircut.
