I really can’t recommend head masters enough. I had my hair cut, and then coloured for the first time today and I love it. I had my hair coloured by Nadine who took her time talking me through the process and recommending the right way to colour my hair to get the results I wanted. The colour is absolutely spot on and Chloe did a fantastic cut. Both Nadine and Chloe , listened to my requirements and made sure I was comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. It wasn’t the cheapest hair cut, but it was worth every penny. Thank you!

Lara is amazing. She always listens to what I want and offers great advice on what will work with my hair type and colour. I trust her implicitly.

Had a model cut, I don’t mind investing time with model haircuts as I appreciate they need to learn, but after 1.5hours standing up and physically being in pain in my legs I had to ask to sit down! At no point during the cut did they check the length with me unfortunately so when he finally started cutting round the side and I saw the length, it was basically a trim rather than the four inches cut I had asked for! What was the point in spending 4 hours there??!! Really disappointing and even worse, when I mentioned it to the supervisor she was aggressive and defensive and plain rude. Think she forgot she was speaking to a customer! I did raise it with head office to give them a chance to apologise, no response received so posting here to warn other people as I’ve never been treated like that by a hair salon in all my 40 years so can’t say I will be going back 😂😂

Fantastic service. Ellie did my hair cut , I loved it very friendly and I feel very comfortable . She did what I want as well as gave advice to improve my ideas.
